Dear Parents/Guardians,

The Grade 5’s have continued to work hard in class during the past couple of weeks. The following are our current subject focus:

Reading - Fact and Opinion

Writing - Persuasive Text

Maths - Statistics and Probability (Graphs and Data)

Integrated Studies - Geography

To further extend on what your child learns during school, please ensure that they complete their homework regularly and submit Friday mornings.

Further, we have been fortunate enough to participate in a variety of activities such as the Saint John’s Ambulance- First Aide training. Further, alongside the Grade 6’s, we went on an excursion to The Shepparton Heritage Centre and participated in the National Sorry Day Walk.
